These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with DeshGhumado. By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with DeshGhumado (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a tour or service with us, the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Booking & Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% to 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The balance amount must be paid at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit card (3% extra), or any approved payment mode.
- Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
Prices & Inclusions
- All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and are based on current rates, availability, and currency exchange fluctuations.
- The package cost includes only those services mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any optional tours, personal expenses, meals not specified, or additional activities are not included in the package price.
Documentation & Responsibility
- Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, travel insurance, and other required documents are valid and up to date.
- DeshGhumado will not be liable for any denial of boarding, entry, or deportation arising due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Clients must adhere to all laws, regulations, and customs of the destinations they visit.
Health & Safety
- Travelers should be physically and mentally fit for the chosen itinerary.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
- It is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, lost baggage, and other potential risks.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Traveler
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform DeshGhumado in writing (via email or message). The following cancellation charges will apply:

| 14–20 days before departure | 60% of total cost |
| 7–14 days before departure | 80% of total cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure / No show | 100% of total cost |
Note: Certain airlines, hotels, and third-party operators may have stricter cancellation policies. In such cases, their terms will apply in addition to ours.
Cancellation by DeshGhumado
If DeshGhumado cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, or insufficient group size:
- You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or
- You may transfer your payment to another tour operated by DeshGhumado.
No further compensation will be provided for any additional costs (such as visa fees or travel insurance).
Changes & Amendments
- Any modification requested after booking (e.g., change in travel dates, hotel upgrades, or name corrections) will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- DeshGhumado reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary in case of operational or safety reasons, while ensuring minimal disruption to travelers.
Liability Disclaimer
- DeshGhumado acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or acts beyond our control.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used strictly for booking, documentation, and communication purposes. DeshGhumado respects your privacy and does not share your information with any third party without consent.
