These protocols govern the master relationship between DeshGhumado Pvt Ltd and its distinguished members. Execution of any registry implies absolute consent to these frameworks.
Registry & Fiscal Protocol
- A mandatory, non-refundable deposit (10–30%) is required for manifest activation.
- Protocol balance must be cleared at least 15 cycles prior to expedition departure.
- Immediate full payment is mandated for registries executed within 30 days of departure.
- Fiscal default may result in immediate manifest deactivation without reclamation rights.

Code of Conduct
Members must uphold the absolute dignity of the expedition. Misconduct, non-compliance with local jurisdiction laws, or disruptions to the collective safety will result in immediate extraction from the tour with no right to reclamation.
Photography & Media
Registry implies consent for visual documentation during group tours for diplomatic marketing purposes. Revocation must be submitted in formal writing prior to departure.
Force Majeure & Jurisdiction
DeshGhumado is insulated from liabilities arising from natural catastrophes, geopolitical strikes, pandemics, or airline anomalies. All disputes are governed exclusively under the Jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
